Front Office & Clinic Support

Part Time, 18 hours per week

Welcome! We are a small, intentional women’s health and pediatric clinic looking for a warm, reliable person to help create a welcoming and organized experience for our patients.

This position combines front office responsibilities with light clinical support. The right person will enjoy connecting with people, helping patients feel comfortable, and keeping the day running smoothly and on time.

Our clinic moves at a thoughtful pace, and we value a calm, supportive environment. This role is essential in helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Do

Patient Experience

  • Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable when they arrive

  • Walk patients through what to expect during their visit

  • Escort patients to their room and help them get settled

  • Create a calm, organized flow for the clinic day

Administrative Support

  • Manage check-in and check-out

  • Answer phones and assist with scheduling

  • Call patients for appointment reminders or follow-up

  • Help keep the daily schedule running on time

  • Support general office organization

Light Clinical Support

  • Room patients and prepare rooms for appointments

  • Clean and reset treatment rooms between visits

  • Assist with simple, non-procedure tasks that help providers stay on schedule

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required for the right person.

Hours
10am to 4pm, 3 days per week, consistent weekly schedule.

IBCLC Lactation Consultant

Part Time, 12 hours per week

Our clinic is seeking an experienced Lactation Consultant to join us at our NW Bend, Oregon Clinic.

We are a small private practice focused on thoughtful, individualized care for infants and their families. Our team values warmth, education, collaboration, and attunement to the specific family in the room. We aim to create an environment where families feel supported and informed.

This role will work with our existing IBCLC and an infant Physical Therapist, allowing for meaningful interdisciplinary collaboration day to day. It includes support from our scheduling team, billing/insurance manager, EHR system, and established policies to focus fully on patient care and the administrative pieces of that role.

Position Overview

Patient education and counseling through lactation appointments, teaching a prenatal breastfeeding classes, and contributing to the growth of lactation services within the practice.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, compassionate, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a care team. This position is for an IBCLC who already has hands on clinical experience and is confident managing a variety of breastfeeding and infant feeding scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive lactation consultations for families

  • Assess infant feeding, and maternal questions and concerns

  • Develop individualized care plans for breastfeeding, lactation, and infant feeding

  • Support families with education, encouragement, and practical strategies

  • Collaborate with our IBCLC and infant physical therapist to support infant feeding and development

  • Teach prenatal breastfeeding classes for expecting families

  • Respond to in-box tasks and calls from patients and community while covering vacations

Schedule Oversight

This is a clinical contractor role, and the IBCLC will take some ownership of maintaining a productive schedule. Responsibilities include:

  • Helping follow up with patients who may benefit from additional visits

  • Thinking creatively about ways to support patient engagement and education during slower periods, such as outreach, educational resources, or small programs that benefit families and the clinic

Qualifications

  • Current IBCLC certification

  • Prior clinical experience providing lactation care (not intended for new graduates or students)

  • Strong communication and education skills

  • Compassionate, family centered approach to care

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a care team
