We bill as an out of network clinic and work with the following. This means you may have a co-pay for your appointment, or the entire appointment may be covered by your plan.

We are unable to bill or work directly with the following. This means the cost of your appointment will be due at the time you are seen.

  • UnitedHealthcare

  • Cigna

If you are unsure about your insurance benefits, reach out to us first and we will let you know if we have the answer. If we don’t, you can call the member services phone number on the back of your insurance card.

If you have two insurance policies and we are in network with one but unable to work with the other - we will work that out with them and would be very happy to see you! Just let us know when you schedule that you have multiple plans.

Ultimately each family is responsible for contacting their insurance policy with questions about lactation care if they will not cover this service. If there is a balance due for services we will let you know as soon as we know. We will do our best to help you!

At times insurance requires a co-pay for your visit. If this is the case we will let you know.

Payments can be made to Nourish Lactation at time of service with debit card, credit card, HSA or Benny card that is kept on file.

Nutrition During Lactation Classes are not billed to insurance directly. The cost for each class is $75; we are happy to provide you with a Superbill Receipt that you can send to your insurance company directly. HSA Cards Cover this Class!
