Lactation Appointments

Lactation Appointments are as unique as you and your baby! We will spend an hour reviewing your birth story, health history and any concerns about feeding your baby that you, your OB/Midwife or your Pediatrician may be having.

1:1 Care for baby

Body tension can significantly impact feeding experiences for both baby and caregiver, whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding. When tension builds up in the body, it can lead to discomfort and hinder the natural flow of the feeding process. Working with our Physical Therapist (and learning the secrets of Tummy Time) that is trained to understand infant feeding can help answer many questions about why feeding your baby is frustrating.

Infant Physical Therapy

Prenatal and postpartum mental health can be challenging for new parents, filled with overwhelming emotions. Our trained counselor offers support during this crucial time. Support through a few focused appointments, you can explore feelings, gain coping strategies, and express thoughts safely. Whether facing anxiety, mood swings, or isolation, compassionate guidance helps you navigate this period and prioritize well being. Remember, you are not alone—help is available.
